Scleral perforation after trabeculectomy and scleral buckling procedure have been reported but spontaneous perforation is rare. This report is of a patient with Marfan's syndrome who had bilateral spontaneous scleral perforation. Surgical repair of the defect with frozen scleral graft was required.
